~ Fringe & Fern is a micro marketplace of independent hair experts offering their artistry through their own hair service companies along side the collection of unique indoor plants for sale to add more life to their desired space at home or at work. Nobody works for the entity Fringe & Fern Collective- everyone is truly independent.

~ Some you can call or text. Some professionals require guests to book online. Book, cancel, reschedule, and confirm appointments using your online account. If you are new to online booking, all you need is a few minutes, patience, and the internet. If you did not receive a confirmation then you do not have an appointment, so be sure to complete your booking!

~ Sometimes yes! It depends on availability. Most professionals here have appointment style businesses so they can’t always accept a walk-in. Sometimes same day bookings may be available online though- it doesn't hurt to check for same day availability online!

T I P :  A routine set of appointments always achieves the best results in hairstyle care. Many book just a few reservations out in advance! Choose a routine that's best you. The benefit to that is you won't have to frantically attempt to get squeezed in at the last minute and you will always have a hairstyle that's maintained.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DECIDE I DON'T LIKE SOMETHING LATER?

~ No. All sales are final. An exchange may be possible depending on the item. If it's about a hair service see our POLICIES page for the details of what you independent professional may enforce.

T I P :  Most of the time this can be avoided by booking enough time to attempt the desired look and by having a very thorough consultation along with the realization expectations need to be realistic. Please also keep in mind prior services conducted on your hair can hinder the desired outcome.
